Our Story
In February of 2015, after 25 years in the foodservice business, Larry Small and his wife Myra felt the calling to start B.A.S.I.C. Hard Surface & Carpet Cleaners. In November of the same year, Steve and Tifani Babcock took their leap of faith and went in together as partners with Larry and Myra.
The Lord has blessed indeed, as we strive to be the very best we can be every day, exceed our clients' expectations, and above all, staying in the Lord's will, building His business following the Biblical principles of servant leadership and modeling the behaviors we want and expect our team to follow.

HARD SURFACE CLEANING
We specialize in all types of hard surface cleaning. Using our patented, state of the art TurboForce Hybrid Tool along with the industry's most powerful hot water extraction machine, we are able to clean and restore the most challenging of hard surfaces. Including...Tile and Grout, Natural Stone, Concrete, Brick, Garages, Driveways, Walkways, Porches, Wood Decks, Epoxy Floors, Residential or Commercial Siding, and much more.
CARPET CLEANING
We pride ourselves on being the very best carpet cleaners anywhere around, offering both Hot Water Extraction and Very Low Moisture cleaning options to best meet whatever needs you might have. Carpets act as a filter for your house and as with any filter, it has to be kept clean. Even the cleanest of carpets need to be professionally cleaned using Hot Water Extraction or VLM (Very Low Moisture) Cleaning at least once every twelve months. Whichever company or method you use, please just make sure it is approved by the CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute). If not, it can void your warranty as well as strip the stain protectant (Scotchgard) on your carpet and rugs.AREA RUG CLEANING
We offer two types of area rug cleaning to meet your specific needs. The first is called top-down cleaning, which is done right in your home or office. This is typically for synthetic rugs that just need a quick cleaning or stain removal. The second is full submerged rug bath done in our in house rug spa. This is a deep cleaning generally used for higher-end rugs made of natural fibers such as Wool, Cotton, Jute and Sisal, Silk and viscose, silk.
